Dongkyu Lee received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Seoul National University (SNU), South Korea. Following graduation, he currently works as a postdoctoral researcher with the Structural System Reliability Group (SSRG) at SNU. His main research interest lies in: (1) seismic reliability analysis of urban communities/networks under seismic uncertainties, (2) risk-informed maintenance strategies for lifeline networks, and (3) application of statistical/machine learning techniques for urban infrastructure systems. To this end, he applies his expertise in graph theory, Bayesian networks, importance sampling, and so on.
